Your Order ~ We accept payment in the form of a check or money order. Please complete the order form and mail with your payment to the address listed below. Please remember to measure your neck and wrist as well as any bridesmaids. Most necklaces come in a standard size of 16 inches and bracelets in 7 inches, unless it is a choker or otherwise stated in the description. All earrings come with standard french ear wires as seen in the pictures. If you would like a post style earring please select so on the order form. If you would like a lever back style earring there is an extra charge of $2~ for sterling silver and $3~ for gold filled. Please account this into the earring price.

This is also a good way to pick out those bridal party gifts or create your own design..

Discounts ~ To show our appreciation for your business, we honor all of our clients after their first purchase with a 15% off certificate that may be used toward any jewelry from Lallé Designs. We also understand that buying jewelry for large bridal party's can be expensive. That is why we offer a 15% discount on any purchase of 4 or more sets of bridal party jewelry. Sets include necklace & earrings, bracelet & earrings, or necklace, bracelet & earrings.

Order Processing ~ All items are handcrafted so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. All packages are insured and shipped through the USPS. If your order is urgent, please indicate so on the order form and for an additional fee of $25 fee we will rush your order. Rush guarantees shipment of items in stock within 10 days of payment received. However, if your order includes a component that is out of stock like a crystal color you will be notified before your order is processed and be given an approximate shipping date.

Packaging ~ All items are individually packaged in these beautiful Organza Ribbon pouches (pictured above). A description of your handcrafted jewelry is included along with how to care for it.

Shipping/Handling ~ All items will be insured and shipped through the USPS. Shipping fees are as follows.

$0-50=$4.00, $51-100= $5.00, $101-200=$6.00, $201-300= $7.00, $301-400= $8.00, $401-500= $9.00,$501-600= $10.00

Taxes ~ To all Colorado residents a required state tax of 4.1% must be added to your order as well as residents of Arvada, Colorado must add an additional 3.71%..

Returns ~ If you are not satisfied with your jewelry it may be returned for a merchandise credit minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. However, there are no returns on custom orders, something that was designed especially for you. The jewelry must be sent back in the original packaging and within 5 days of receipt. Please phone or email prior to returning your merchandise. If your jewelry is damaged or faulty in any manner upon receipt please contact us ASAP to arrange for it to be remade.
