We accept payment in the form of a check, money order or credit card using PayPal. If you are paying by check please complete the order form and mail it with your payment. When your order has been received a confirmation email will be sent. *If you decide to pay by check or money order, please note that your order will not be processed until the payment is received and checks are cleared.

Sizing and Earring Style
Back to topPlease remember to measure your neck and wrist as well as any bridesmaids. Most necklaces come in a standard size of 16 inches and bracelets in 7 inches, unless it is a choker or otherwise stated in the description. All jewelry can be made to what ever length is needed but there may be an extra charge to add length depending on the style you choose. Please contact us regarding this. If you would like to change an earring from a French wire or Post to a lever back or rhinestone stud there is an extra charge of $3.00.
Order Processing
Back to topAll items are handcrafted so please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. All packages are insured and shipped through the USPS. If your order is urgent, please indicate so on the order form and for an additional fee of $25 fee we will rush your order. Rush guarantees shipment of items in stock within 10 days of payment received. However, if your order includes a component that is out of stock like a crystal color you will be notified before your order is processed and be given an approximate shipping date. This does not include extra charges for rush shipping.

Most of the jewelry scene on the web site can be brought to you to try on with your dress. This is also a good way to pick out those bridal party gifts or create your own design.

Shipping/Handling
Back to topShipping is FREE for all standard orders. All items will be insured and shipped through the USPS priority mail (2-3 days). Rush order shipping fees are $15.00.
Taxes
Back to topTo all Colorado residents a required state tax of 4.1% must be added to your order as well as residents of Arvada, Colorado must add an additional 3.71%.
Returns
Back to topIf you are not satisfied with your jewelry it may be returned for a merchandise credit minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. However, there are no returns on custom orders, something that was designed especially for you. The jewelry must be sent back in the original packaging and within 5 days of receipt. Please phone or email prior to returning your merchandise. If your jewelry is damaged or faulty in any manner upon receipt please contact us ASAP to arrange for it to be remade.
